On Saturday, October 29, 2011, a farm real estate auction in
Illinois produced high returns. Broker
auctioneer Jason Wallingford of United Country Wallingford Group in
Quincy Illinois conducted the real estate auction
event in White Hall. Wallingford sold
over 550 acres of farmland in Green County Illinois.
Numerous qualified bidders attended the IL farm auction event held at Seton Hall, 125 S. Main Street in White Hall Illinois. The auctioneer offered the Illinois farm real estate divided into Tracts of 1 through 10 as "Buyers Choice," allowing the high bidder to purchase any or all of the tracts on a price-per-acre basis. No bidders requested combinations. Neither did anyone consider buying the whole Green County Illinois farm.

The October 18, 2010 land auction of the Gentry Ranch Kansas real estate
and mineral rights by United Country, Nixon Auction & Realty LLC
resulted in a total sale of $3.8 million. At the Barber County land auction, the Kansas farmland and the mineral rights sold divided to two separate buyers.
